Scope

This policy explains how PART 1 handles information when you register, practise, purchase access, use AI support or communicate through the platform.

Information we handle

We handle account and contact information, registration and login information, subscription and payment-status records, study activity, answers, results, progress and support communications. We also store chats and session logs. Technical information may include device, browser, IP address, login and service-use information needed to operate and protect the platform.

Why we use information

We use information to provide access, maintain your study history, display progress, operate study and communication features, verify payments, respond to support requests, investigate misuse and improve PART 1. Authorised admins may review stored chats for these purposes.

AI and communication providers

PART 1 uses Google Gemini for AI assistance and Agora for communication features. Information necessary for a requested feature is processed through the relevant provider. This may include your AI question and relevant context, or communication data needed to connect participants. Providers may process information outside Pakistan under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Chats and session logs

Chats are stored, and we keep session logs. PART 1 does not retain voice-call or screen-sharing recordings. Messages are visible to their intended recipients or group participants. Staff access to stored chats is limited to authorised admins. Do not share passwords, card details or identifiable patient information in messages, AI prompts or screen sharing.

Payments and other services

Payment processing and any third-party sign-in services operate under their own terms. PART 1 uses transaction references and payment-status information to confirm access and resolve payment problems. Do not send full payment-card information to support.

Retention and returning subscribers

Study history, stored chats and session logs are retained for 365 days after subscription expiry to support continuity and service improvement. If you resubscribe during that period, your retained study record can be restored and continued. Payment, security, dispute or legally required records may have different retention requirements.

Account deletion requests

There is no self-service account-deletion function. Request deletion by emailing info.part1pk@gmail.com from your registered email. We may verify your identity before acting. We will explain any information that needs to be retained for payment records, unresolved disputes, security or legal requirements. Deletion may prevent restoration of your previous study history and does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Security and your choices

We use measures intended to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your credentials and avoid sharing sensitive information through the platform. Contact support to request an account-information correction, raise a privacy concern or ask about deletion.

Cookies and changes

The website may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain sessions and support platform operation. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but some features may stop working. This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the service; the published effective date identifies the current revision.
